Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is out of stock, a price is clearly wrong, or the order looks fraudulent.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Promotional pricing is available while the promotion runs and may change without notice.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and begin at dispatch. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our shipping page for current timings.

Returns and warranty

Orders are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, as set out on the returns and warranty pages. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Safe use

The WellHeater is a household electric heater. Use it on a flat, stable surface, plugged directly into a wall outlet, with clear space around it, away from water and flammable material, and never cover it. It is not a medical device and makes no health claims.

Performance claims

Heating speed, comfort and cost savings vary with room size, insulation, local electricity prices and usage. Figures quoted on this site are typical estimates, not guarantees.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
