The guarantee, in writing

Every order placed on getwellheater.net is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee that runs from the date your parcel is delivered, not from the date you ordered. Plug the heater in, use it in the room it was bought for, and see how it performs. If you decide it is not right for your home within that 30-day window, contact us and we will arrange a return.

How to start a return, step by step

1. Email support@getwellheater.net with your order number and a sentence about why you are returning it — this helps us process it faster and, if it is faulty, decide whether a repair, replacement or refund is quickest for you.
2. We reply with a return address and instructions, usually within one business day.
3. Pack the heater back into its original box where possible, including the remote and any accessories, and send it to the address we provide.
4. Once it arrives and has been checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Condition requirements

Because the guarantee is designed around actually trying the heater at home, light use is expected and fine. To qualify for a full refund the return should be:

• Complete — the heater unit, remote control and any included accessories.
• Free of damage caused by drops, liquid, misuse or an unsuitable power supply.
• Sent within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking.

Faulty vs changed your mind

If your heater arrived faulty or was damaged in transit, send a short video or photo to support@getwellheater.net and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — and we cover the return postage. If you simply decided the heater is not for you, the same 30-day window applies, but return postage is your responsibility and the refund is for the product price, not the original outbound shipping (which was free in any case).

Returning part of a multi-pack

Bought a two, three or four-pack and only need to return some of the units? That is fine — send back the units you do not want and keep the rest. The refund for the returned units is calculated at the bundle's per-unit price, not the single-unit price, since keeping some units means you no longer qualify for the full multi-pack discount on the ones you keep. Return shipping tips

Use a trackable shipping method for your return and keep the receipt until your refund is confirmed — this protects you if a parcel goes missing in transit back to us. Original packaging is preferred but not mandatory; any sturdy box that keeps the heater protected is fine.

What is not covered

• Damage from misuse, drops, liquid exposure or an unsuitable power outlet.
• Returns started more than 30 days after the delivery date.
• Units bought from a reseller other than getwellheater.net.
• Wear items such as remote batteries, which are not part of the returned unit's condition assessment.

After the return window

Once the 30-day guarantee has passed, a fault is handled under the 12-month warranty instead of this returns policy — repair or replacement rather than a refund.
