What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address and, where provided, your phone number. We keep a record of what you ordered and its status so we can ship it and support you afterwards.

Payment information

Card details are entered directly into our payment provider's encrypted checkout. We never see, receive or store full card numbers on our own systems.

Why we use your data

• To send order confirmations, tracking and service messages.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary, and only with the providers that make an order work: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, and our email provider. We do not sell your personal data.

We use essential cookies to keep the checkout working. Any analytics we use is limited to understanding which pages help people and which do not.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as tax and consumer-law obligations require, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email support@getwellheater.net and we will respond within 30 days.
